It's always wonderful to see someone on the net talking about how Dan has helped them. Check out this post from a Fishers woman, Annette Swetnam, whose been trying to get help with an insurance problem.
*Another update*
We are finally receiving some real help from the Indiana Department of Insurance. We've spoken to the head of the department, Jim Atterholt, Senator Richard Lugar, Congressman Dan Burton and the investigator assigned to us by Mr. Atterholt's secretary, David Rose. Everyone we've dealt with has been extremely sympathetic to our case and agrees with us that we have been wronged by AIG. Obviously, we find that reassuring. I received a voice mail on Thursday, November 13th from Mr Atterholt. He said that he had our investgator David Rose in his office and they wanted to let us know that they'd received a response from someone at AIG in the form of the letterand they assumed that we'd gotten the same letter (we haven't). They were calling to let us know that they were NOT closing our case and would continue to pursue the issue and getting us help in this matter. We haven't been able to get ahold of either Mr. Atterhold or David Rose to find out the content of the letter, I will give an update when I get one.

It's doubly good to have her praising Jim Atterholt as well. He used to be Burton's District Director a few years back.
