As a Member of Congress, you have demonstrated a proven commitment to our Second Amendment rights by voting to curb frivolous lawsuits against gun manufacturers and to prohibit gun confiscation during states of emergency. You have also helped to restore Second Amendment rights in our nation's capitol by cosponsoring and voting for the D.C. Second Amendment Enforcement Act, as well as signing the amicus brief to the Supreme Court supporting our individual Right to Keep and Bear Arms in the Heller case.
