"Julia was loved, literally loved, by all of the people she served in Indianapolis," Rep. Dan Burton, R-Indianapolis, said on the House floor this week.
As the senior member of Indiana's House delegation, Burton offered a resolution expressing the sorrow of the House and arranging for a committee to attend Saturday's funeral.
